To provide 100% customer satisfaction we do allow returning the product. Our return policies contain a set of instructions to be taken care of, if you are looking for returning the product or a refund.

   Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are only allowed for a limited time from the date of receiving the product after which the products cannot be returned ( Customers looking for refund should call and inform our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product, after which the product wont be eligible for refund)
  • Products before proceeding for refund would be inspected by the team, who will decide whether the products are eligible for refund.
  • Tempered Products, without lab certificates and product invoice are not eligible for refund.
  • Once the refund team verifies the product returned, it takes 7 – 10 working business days for the money to get refunded.
  • Customers can also exchange their product for some other product available with us.
  • In case of refund all the shipping and bank charges will be payable to the customer.

   Return Policy

  • As only sells lab certified gems, Each gemstone is packed with appropriate lab certificate and is sealed, to ensure the safety of the gemstones. So customers expecting for a Return are requested not to open the product if you want to return it.
  • Ensure proper packaging of the product while returning the product, because products without proper packaging cannot be returned.
  • If you are looking for returning the product, always ship the product through some reputed couriers for secured shipment and submit the tracking number to our customer assistance team.
  • Claim for damages without any proper evidences will not be encouraged. Have all the required evidences of damage in hand while applying for a return.
