Vedic Ratna – Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

• The product has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• The return window of 7 days has expired.

2. Return & Replacement Process

Our team will review your request. If your return is approved, we will share return instructions along with a prepaid shipping label.

Step 3: Shipping

Securely package the product and attach the provided shipping label. Drop the package at the designated courier location.

Step 4: Refund

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment.

Step 5: Replacement

For approved replacement requests, the replacement item will be dispatched within 4 business days of receiving the original item.
