1. Delivery Partner

We have partnered with delivery partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of all orders placed on our website. However, Vedic Ratna reserves the right to engage any reputed courier and logistics providers as needed for efficient service delivery.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery is typically completed within 10 business days from the date of order placement.
  • Delivery timelines may extend by 3–6 additional business days based on order volume, delivery location, or unforeseen logistical challenges.
  • Customized or personalized products may require additional time depending on the complexity of the customization. Customers will be informed accordingly.

You may track your order status anytime by visiting the "My Account > Orders" section on our website or via the Order Confirmation email.

3. Missed Delivery

In the event of a missed delivery:

  • Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you via call, SMS, or WhatsApp to reschedule the delivery.
  • If repeated delivery attempts fail, the case will be escalated to our Customer Service Team for resolution.
  • Customers are advised to provide accurate contact details and be available to receive scheduled deliveries.

4. In-Store Pickup Option

Customers may also choose to collect their orders from our physical outlet. Please select the Store Pickup option during checkout and await confirmation before arriving to collect your order.

5. Returns and Pick-up for Rejected Orders

If you wish to return an item for reasons such as dissatisfaction or product issues, kindly refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete instructions on return eligibility and the pick-up process.

6. Order Holds or Delays
